Brief History
Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act on October 26, 1987 as a private limited company under the name of KLSE Corporate Services Sdn Bhd. On April 16, 1990 it changed its name to Malaysian Central Depository Sdn Bhd and subsequently it changed to its present name on May 28, 2004. Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd commenced its business on October 23, 1992.
