Greetings from the ACG Secretariat! I trust this email finds you safe and well.

We are pleased to inform you that the application to host the 26th ACG Annual General Meeting (hereinafter referred to as "ACG26") to be held in 2024 is now open.

On behalf of the ACG Executive Committee, we candidly invite members that are interested in hosting the ACG26（physical meeting） to fill in the attached Application Form and submit it to Ms. Ashley Zhang of the ACG Secretariat (zjzhang@chinaclear.com.cn; cc: whma@chinaclear.com.cn) by COB Friday, 7th April, 2023.

The host will be selected based on criteria set out in the ACG Charter, namely 1) member whose experience of the host of AGMs is less than the others is prioritized; 2) In cases where the number is the same, the Member whose latest experience of the host of AGMs is prior to the others is prioritized; and 3) In cases all Members have no experience of the host oh AGMs, the Member which joined ACG in first is prioritized.

The Secretariat encourages and looks forward to application from all interested members. If you need more time to fulfill your internal procedures once you have set your willingness to host this event, please kindly let us know.
