Organization Structure

General Meeting:

As the supreme decision-making body of the ACG, decide on key matters relating to ACG policy and activities. There are two types of General Meeting: (i) Annual General Meeting and (ii) Extraordinary General Meeting.

Chairman:

Selected from the Executive Committee members and endorsed by the General Meeting; represents ACG and acts as the host/moderator of Executive Committee Representative-level Meetings, General Meetings, and Extraordinary General Meetings.

Vice Chairman:

Selected from the Executive Committee members and endorsed by the General Meeting; supports Chairman of ACG and act as the Chairman in the absence of vacancy of the position.

Executive Committee:

Comprised of Task Force conveners and three elected members; ensures efficient and consistent implementation of ACG activities from a medium-term perspective.

Task Forces:

Conduct research activities under the direction of Task Force convener.

Annual General Meeting Management Team:

Comprised of the host of the previous ACG Annual General Meeting, the host of the upcoming ACG Annual General Meeting, and the Secretariat; responsible for preparing and arranging the Annual General Meeting.

Secretariat:

Appointed by the Chairman; provides administrative support to ACG-related activities.
