At the invitation of the President of ACSDA, VSD- in its capacity as ACG Secretariat- sent a delegation headed by Mr. Duong Ngoc Tuan (Senior Managing Director) to ACSDA’s 2010 General Assembly held from 10th to 11th March in Tampa, Florida, America. Besides VSD delegation, SD&C also had its delegates participate in the General Assembly. With the theme “Regional Collaboration, Global Partnership”, this year General Assembly set the tone for a dialogue on pressing issues such as integration efforts and markets linkages, delivery-versus-payment, corporate actions, systemic risk and global regulatory reform. At this event, VSD made a presentation on ACG and efforts as well as plans of the Group to facilitate linkages for exchange of post-trade services among regional markets.
