Distinguished ACG members, ECmembers, Vice Chairman Mr. Sherman Lin, Secretariat colleagues,

The 24th ACG General Meeting in Busan was successfully concluded. With the full support of KSD and the Busan Metropolitan Government, the meeting was indeed a great success. I owe its multiple achievements to the excellent and diligent work of Mr. Myongho RHEE, Chairman and CEO of KSD and KSD colleagues, as well as the active engagement of all the EC members, ACG members and associate members. I also wish the upcoming ACG CTS23 in Indonesia and ACG25 General Meeting in Vietnam to be held by KSEI&KPEI and VSD a complete success! Look forward to the joyful reunions with each and every one of you in 2023!

As the ACG chairman, I am deeply touched by your firm commitment and incredible dedication. Despite the lack of face-to-face communication disrupted by Covid-19, all the ACG members have remained steadfast in our dialogue and partnership, and ACG has displayed strong cohesion and resilience as a whole. Your updates in Fintech innovation, business model innovation and risk control enhancement in line with PFMI have been impressive and inspirational.

What you have achieved has won international applause and serves as a central pillar in the turbulent global capital market. I am so proud of you all! What we face is an age rife with challenges, but it is also an age full of hope. A vibrant spring follows when the winter ends. Together, let us embrace the spring of ACG with passion and hope!
