We are pleased to invite you to join the 23rd ACG Cross-Training Seminar which will be held on June 19-22, 2023 in Bali, Indonesia. This event will be the first offline ACG Cross-Training Seminar after the pandemic where each task force is expected to share the market updates and the challenges. • VISA ASSISTANCE GUIDELINES

 

The participants can request the invitation letter for Visa Assistance through  https://www.acgcts23.com/.

 

Please note that visa assistance request will take around 3 (three) to 5 (five) working days to process. Request for visa assistance will only be processed upon receipt of completed info in the website.

 

Important Notes:

 

• The participants are responsible for processing their visa to Indonesia.

 

• Kindly allocate enough time for the processing of the request for visa assistance, before your visa application schedule.

 

• Please contact and inquire directly to the Indonesian Embassy in the applicant’s respective country well in advance regarding Indonesia visa requirements, additional documents, submission process (interview may be required), visa processing time, and for further guidance.

 

• Please consult with the nearest Indonesian Embassy/Consulate (or your travel agent) if you need a visa to enter Indonesia, please indicate the type of passport that you are using. • If you need a visa to Indonesia, you may also consult with your travel agent on the specific visa requirements, additional documents, submission process (interview may be required), visa processing time, and for further guidance for the application of your Indonesia visa.

 

• Ensure that your passport is still valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended period of stay in Indonesia, and with at least 2 blank passport pages.

 

• Working days refers to Mondays through Fridays (does not include weekends and holidays).

 

• Please note that May 18 and June 1-2 are Indonesia National Holidays (there may also be other Indonesia National Holidays which will be announced later).
