September 21, 2012 Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation and information exchange with Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) on September 21, 2012 in Bali, Indonesia during the 16th ACG General Meeting. Under the terms of the MOU, TDCC and CDC Pakistan both agree to cooperate with each other to facilitate the development of communication channels for exchange of information and to foster a continuing relationship to avail benefits of the financial services industry in Taiwan and Pakistan. “Today’s MOU signing sets a milestone for future partnership between TDCC and CDC Pakistan, and it signifies our efforts on international collaboration with overseas depository and settlement infrastructures”, TDCC President Sherman Lin said. TDCC had signed 15 MOUs with global CSDs in the past years.
